Our design team were tasked with manufacture a bespoke, hazardous Area paint store for a North Sea client.
Reftrade developed this custom-built ATEX DNV2.7-1 refrigerated offshore container for the storage of paint and other hazardous products. As the unit was to be placed in a hazardous area, the unit complies with the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC level of EX II 3 G, Group II A & B.
Special features of this container include the ATEX machinery, fully automatic CO2 fire and gas extinguishing system, drip floor and stainless steel racks with cargo netting
